Chef Flo’s passion for cooking was born under both her French-Catalan and German grand-mothers. Starting to cook at an early age, she intuitively discovered how to reproduce her favourite dishes and would recreate them from scratch. The family kitchen became her territory.

At the age of 19, she moved to London to improve her english and started cooking dinner parties for friends and relatives, soon to realise she had built up a fan base of faithful and regular clients. During this time, with the benefit of London’s varied world cuisines, she expands her culinary knowledge from dining in some of the best restaurants and through her friends from diverse cultures, experiencing their mother’s home cooking.

She, then, decides to take her passion more seriously and turns professional by training in various kitchens while traveling around the globe: London, Paris, Berlin, St Moritz, Rome, Barcelona, Ibiza, Singapor, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Sidney, Nouméa, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Cairo, Marrakesh… to name but a few.

After 16 years on the road, she settles in the south of France and while raising her son, starts her own business creating fine gourmet products, teaching cooking classes to individuals and in professional schools, catering for both private events and music and film festivals and running a beach club each summer.

Flo has been private chef in both villas and on yachts in St Barth for the last 5 years. She takes real satisfaction from contributing to the excellence of her client's vacation. Just indulge !

Here is how it works


You select a set menu or pick from the à la carte suggestions and we will create a personalised menu and send you a quote. Even better, tell us about your tastes and budget and leave it to us to surprise your tastebuds.

We can also take care of all grocery shopping for you before your arrival at the villa.

Upon choosing your menu, we can advise the best wine and food pairing.

We can also purchase the wine, champagne, liquors and spirits for you from our partners on the island at no extra cost.

Always inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Book your event or request a chef full-time or part-time during your stay.

 To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is requested upon booking.

Payments can be made by credit card, cash or by bank transfer.

On the booked day, the chef arrives at your villa one or two hours before dinner time with all ingredients and equipment. You are welcome to take the opportunity to learn a recipe or simply catch some professional tips.

For a party of up to 6 guests, the chef cooks and serves at the table for a fee of 50€ per hour. Usually 4 hours on site.

For a party of 7+ guests a butler service is highly recommended and charged 40€ per hour. Usually 4 hours on site.

A cocktail bartender can also be hired for parties and charged 40€ per hour.

On Christmas eve and new-year’s eve, the service fees are doubled.

The chef or the team cleans and tidies the kitchen and dining area before leaving, taking the waste with them.
